Gingival hyperplasia is seen in various conditions: drug induced (phenytoin, cyclosporine), periodontal disease (trauma, infections, malocclusion) and HIV. The other rare causes could be Juvenile hyaline fibromatosis and infantile systemic hyalinosis.
