Tuberculosis abdomen
The clinical presentation of abdominal tuberculosis can be classified as (1) ascitec (2) visceral (3) mesenteric and (4) intestinal. Mesenteric presents with recurrent abdominal pain, palpable rolled on omental mass in the upper abdomen and general tubercular symptoms. Mesenteric calcified lymphnodes are seen in abdominal plain x-ray. The mantoux test is positive.
